All the doppelgängers, or look-alikes we can think of...famous or not.
Both artists hit big around the same time and were both attending an awards show (mtv awards i think) and they mentioned while onstage they were mistaken for each other all the time. Sorry I don't remember more info it happened more than 10 yrs ago.
I think Jewel is prettier.
Renee Zellweger and Joey Lauren Adams look much more similar... Serious doppelgängers!
