I was watching an old western movie “Sergeant Rutledge” starring Woody Strodes. For a minute I thought it was Lance Reddick. This is a good comparison of doppleganger.
I love western movies and once upon a time in the west is one of my favourites. And then I encountered Lance Reddik in Blacklist series 15 of season 1. I thought it was the son! Lance should try out starring in a western movie.
I just saw a video on Woody Strodes and felt he had a close resemblance to Lance Reddick. . .I felt it was the same man. However on listening to the narrative, I knew they were not the same man. Woody Strode was born in the 1914 and was a famous actor in the 10th Commandment. I had seen that movie some time in the nineteen sixties and seventies; and many of his Italian movies. So I was sure they were two different men and on doing a search with both their names this page came up. Interesting how 2 men can look alike, though born in different years within the same century they looked alike and were formidable actors. May they continue to rest in peace.
